All this information is provided for you on the 'website' page of your control panel. You cannot use your mysql administrator remotely, we do not allow remote connections for security reasons. You can install phpmyadmin on your webspace to administrate your mysql database.

Like the website page says, anything on the webspace can connect to the mysql database using localhost.

For the FTP, the actual hostname is ltpclan.nuclearfallout.net, not ftp.ltpclan.nuclearfallout.net or ftp://ltpcomp@ltpclan.nuclearfallout.net.

If you look at my post earlier, I said that it is not possible to connect from your computer due to security reasons. You can use phpmyadmin to do the same thing on the webspace.

Yes, at this time you would need to install it yourself. We are working on an auto-installer for phpmyadmin and an interface to the database in the control panel, but those features are not yet complete.
