is there a way to turn stats me off in the lo3.cfg or cal.cfg that way i dont have to do extra work
Use the cvar sm_enabled and set it to 0.
Place sm_enabled 0 in the config. Place sm_enabled 1 into the server.cfg.
If this is an official league match, you should be switching to "Plain game dll" on your server control page, hitting set server dll and then restarting the gameserver. The above cvar is fine for regular scrims.
