Banned From CPL LA

Hi im banned from CPL LA | NFo HyperAccel | 100 Tick 64.94.100.44:27015
and i was told its because NFO combined their banlists and I didnt even know i was banned from Nulcearfallout:Groundzero FF=On 66.150.160.134:27015
Someone tell me how I can get unbanned from a server that didnt even ban me in the first place? My guess would be that the two ban lists combined.. i need help.
