My Server Lags!

I am renting a 27 player public cod 2 server @ $127 a month.
I left my last provider and came to you guys from reading the positive feedback about how great your servers perform.
Well my server is not performing so well.
When more than about 4 players get on its like it chokes and the gameplay becomes jittery and like playing in mud.
My tracert to the server is clean and only 12 hops and my ping in the game stays around 45ms.
Everyones ping stays normal when this takes place thats why I am leaning toward server lag.
Using the live chat feature in my control panel I spoke with Siren about a week ago concerning the situation and I have not heard anything since the lag is still there not only for me but everyone that logs in to play.
Can this issue be resolved? I really cant justify paying $127 a month for a server that is not performing and keeping my players happy.

We'd have to take a closer look at your server to help you with this server-specific problem. All I can tell you right now without more specific information is that I'm looking at the graphs and we're having absolutely no CPU usage or other machine-related problems that I can see, at any of our locations, and that I haven't been hearing any other lag complaints. Which makes sense, since we have really been keeping up on hardware and our automated load balancer is set to the lowest CPU usage threshold ever.

My clanmates rent servers from you guys also, they praise your servers but I STILL have the same issue as Edge100x, constant choke,.. My ping ranges are fine but ALWAYS choke when more than 4 people are alive,.. I appear to be dying from around corners and shooting at air when this happens,.. I look at my choke and its at 50,..

I have used several different suggest rates settings and none help and the same problem still exists,..

This only happens to me on NFO servers,..

Same issue for me as well and I don't know where these guys' servers are located but mines in LA.

It sounds like it'd be some sort of routing problem, but as I said, I can't tell anything from a forums post. Anyone having problems needs to email us about this so we can look at your individual case.
