Question/Suggestion regarding NFO:Chernobyl Accelerated

I've got a quick question for you guys.. I play regularly at NFO:CA, and I was wondering why the para (really big machine gun thing) was restricted.. I can see restricting shields, etc., but I would like to know why this weapon was blocked.

I didn't see a place on your website to send a suggestion, so I figured I'd drop by here and say it.
