Late (Not NO) Payment, Servers taken down, what now?

Post by Lozzo »

I rented servers from you, paid for them, and now I don't have them. Let me explain:

I started out with the few days rental process. Setup the payments through my bank via paypal. Everything went as expected until the few days were done and the subscription payment was due. My bank denied the payment thinking it was a malicious transaction. This fluxed things up and you gave me until the 30th to pay for the servers. Because of the circumstances, paypal only allowed the eCheck service they provide as a method of payment. Nothing else was available. I decided to go ahead with this form of payment. Well this caused the payment to be late by a few days, however you still received my money for a service I have yet to see. Few days later (9/2/2007) I receive the payment confirmation for my subscription to NuclearFallout Enterprises:

Amount: $211.15 USD
Date: Sep 2, 2007
Subscription Name: Server package # 45989
Subscription Number: S-5G849784NX198544Y
Item Number: New

There is the information concerning my subscription. Seeing how the payment has been delivered to you, however late, I'd like to either have my money returned to me or, and perfered, have my servers put back up.

Please let me know how you decide to follow through with this. Feel free to move this post to whatever part of the forums it belongs in since I couldn't figure out if this was the place to post this or not.

Also if there is additional information you need I will be more then happy to provice it. I'd like to get this straightened out as soon as possible.

Thank you,
Matt
