IMPORTANT!!! New users automatically get admin level now!

This happened since some1 got another admins pass. All was restored and passwords changed, then i notice that 2 new users registered got admin so i registered a new name and the admin panel link shows, even worse i can sign in to the admin panel with the new user name!!! IT'S AUTO GIVING ADMIN!!!

Anyone know what is going on? Please help if you know anything!

If this is in your forums, the most likely possibility is that you have a bug in one of your scripts. I am not aware of a setting in phpBB itself would grant administrative rights to new users.

But what file would be doing this, registered.php?

and it would have to be a php file right? Not a tpl

resolved, error in coding in usercp_register. Thanks for the help.
