UT3 Server

Ordered a NFO-UT3 private 8 man SERVER ID "ndput3" the server is running and I made a login profile and edited it so the server is running under that profile.
Here are my issues.

#1 The server is not showing in the UT3 browser and as far as I know there is no way to access a server by ip so unless the server is listed in the browser there is no way to access it.


#2 This is supposed to be a locked server I can not find any-ware in the ini files to lock the server or to even enter and password.
I have read in a few forums that this has to be done on the command line.

Any help on this.

Well found out you can access a server via command ext.

UT3Demo.exe 216.52.143.120:7777

But then I get this error.
Witch is telling me that I should have waited a few days to order a sever as the server is not compatiable with the UT DEMO!

The servers are the real version, not a demo server. Thats why you are getting version issues.

This is also why you aren't getting it on your listing probably too or their master servers aren't running with it since the game isn't released yet.

I've checked that its set to advertise it properly.

As for password, I've tried all the UT2k4 ways, it doesn't appear to be working, but we can look into it when more documentation is released when the game is released. Its possible they changed the cvar/command or its another bug.

Thats ok like I said I should have waited but then again we are going to probley order a 20 man public pub after the realse anyway was going to use this as a match server so whats a couple of days.

To connect to a specific server IP from in-game, use the "open" console command.

open 216.52.143.120
