Hi, I ordered a server with the email chris[at]injmedia.net last night around 10:30 CST. I understand it says it takes a day for you to set the server up, but honestly my team would like to be able to use your "test" server function before the 2 days runs out.

The most appropriate place for this sort of discussion is chat or email, since this issue is renter-specific and we can respond faster and in a more personalized way there. We suggest this in our emails. But if you prefer, we can discuss it here.
You ordered on February 14, 2008 at 10:20pm CT, creating a new account with us in the process. You then signed up for the subscription in Paypal using an account that you had used for a free trial in the past. Our system immediately responded by emailing you to indicate that you did not qualify for another free trial, then held off on creating your server while you took care of the payment or contacted us to ask for a special accommodation. I show that you then canceled the subscription this morning, February 15, 2008 at 11:02am CT.
