missing map maps/mapname.bsp disconnecting

I've been getting this error, and it seemed syncing files and waiting a bit fixed it, but there was one map it would just not do this for. Double checked that it was on server, and it is.

Anyone know what the problem is?

On a side issue...been having a really weird problem with my new source server, that i didnt with my 1.6, where changing files through the panel of nfo does not save anything to the server. I have to physically change it through an ftp. But it still shows the files in the panel of nfo to what i originally changed them too....it's weird

ok...usually it's the other way around lol that's why i posted, didnt seem server specific after googling it and finding many others with this problem. But i'll go to live chat
