I followed the install directions, but there wasn't a cgi-bin folder on my directory, so I made a folder titled cgi-bin. I put everything where I was told to and went to this link which is supposed to show my server's information:

It gives me the error /cgi-bin/pquery.pl does not exist.
I could see it saying server down, or timed out; but it says it does not exist when I'm looking right at it in the ftp...

Is this because the actual cgi-bin was hidden from view and it's registering the "real" version as missing the file, or is this just one of those days that scripts hate me?
