Source Bans connection error

I got source bans to work im only having one problem with it when i try to add admins or add a ban from the site it says...

Rehashing Admin and Group data on all related servers...
64.94.100.51:27015 (1/1) failed: Can't connect.
Done

but once i change the map the ban or admin works perfectly i don't know if this is a web hosting issue or one with the game server. I also checked the rcon password and it is right.

If it works again after a mapchange, then we're definitely not blocking the request on our end. The next time this happens, could you check the banlist through rcon to make sure that it isn't banned?

I'd expect that, both because this is an IP (not a SteamID) and because it'd most likely be a temporary ban, if anything. That's why I am asking you to check through rcon. Use this command:

listip

Ok. This is at the same time as the SourceBans problem?

Have you contacted them already to ask if they can investigate from their side? They likely have more experience with this one than I do and have a better-defined set of troubleshooting steps.

I contacted my hosting company this morning still waiting for a response from them.

I meant contacting the SourceBans people . They're pretty responsive over there, from what other customers have said.
