HLstatsX CE install help

Has anyone installed HLstatsX:CE on NFO webhosting and if so what tutorial did you use? Mine is not working correctly as I believe its something to do with the perl settings

HLStatsX:CE can't be installed on the webhosting here. If you'd like to run it, you'll need to select it as an option for a game server, or set it up on a VDS/dedicated server.
