hi
our ET server crashed 7 hours ago
and i have nothing in the logs like a crash map...
all i had when i watched mine computer was server time out

i tried to send 2 tickets since that and seem the tickets system is not working anymore....
so did someone can watch for the tickets system or post here what happened

server maintenance or ....

This isn't really something that I can help with in the forum here, since it's so server-specific, with so many possible causes. There was no maintenance last night at any of our locations, though, and no large player drops overall.

If you sent in a support request at midnight PDT, it makes sense that you would not have a response by 7am PDT. Our "Help!" page in the control panel lists our normal hours, which are 9am through 11pm PDT.
