Hello My site was just hacked and They took me off staff and added themeselfs does anyone one no how to upload a old data base to fix this problem

Assuming you no longer have any sort of admin access to the site, the only way you could upload a backup of the database is to install and use PhpMyAdmin. It has database import and export functions you can use to upload a database backup, as well as other functions to manually work with databases.

Also few tips.
Make a new database (a new name), change all passwords for phpmyadmin and your password for the website for the admin control panels.
