srdcs help please

Hello after todays update on Source Server, i ran hldsupdatetool like normal
and now my server will not launch, so i tired running hlds to a new folder to get all the game files (blank install), tried to launch the server with
srcds.exe" -console -game cstrike +maxplayers 16 -ip myip -port 27015 +map de_nuke

and it does not even attempt to start, im running windows 2008, and i see no posts around the internet or here. anyone have any insight?

Valve released a broken update tonight that won't start on Windows. They say that a fix will be released shortly.

That is a very good question. They used to have a link to their different mailing lists on their site, but I am not finding it now.
