Any idea what to do in the control panel if the managed server install freezes and fails to make any progress? It has been sitting at 31% for the last two hours or more now. I don't see any option to have it try the install again.
Oh yeah, and the help desk is acting a bit strange. Keeps telling me to input some ticket number when I click on the number/link for the ticket I created.

This is something that we'd have to check out for you directly. Please create a new support request through the "Help!" page, as there was a glitch earlier with a few requests that broke them (the glitch is now fixed).
