Why do I get disconnected from my FTP?

It's common to get disconnected from your FTP server after a period of inactivity. To reconnect, you can simply navigate to a different folder or manually reconnect to the server.
If you're frequently getting disconnected during file transfers, you can try enabling the "Send FTP keep-alive commands" option in your FTP client. This will send regular commands to the server to keep the connection active.
To enable this in FileZilla:

To enable this in FileZilla:
- Select "Edit"
- Select "Settings"
- Select "FTP"
- Check "Send FTP keep-alive commands"
- Select "OK" to save your changes
- Select "New Tab"
- Select your existing site, or "New Site"
- Select "Advanced"
- Select "Connection"
- Under "Keepalives" select one of the two options
- Modify "Seconds between keepalives" to your preference
- Select "OK"
- Fill out the session details with your credentials
- Select "Save" to save your changes
