MP3 Player Not Allowed? Confirm...

Im currently hosted with another provider and was looking to switch, but I noticed in your TOS that you don't allow MP3 streaming? We just currently spent $40 for our Wimpy Player and I want to be sure that Im reading right that this wouldnt be allowed. If thats the case then my wanting to switch providers may have come to a quick halt.

Also... outside of the above issues, we are currently a Black Ops clan (awaiting Duke Nukem and BF3) and of course we host at the only place we can for BO and we have GameTracker server banners on our front page... would this also create an issue here?

Media streaming is too bandwidth-intensive to be doable at our webhosting prices, unfortunately. If you're just doing a little, it might be ok, but you'd have to talk to us about it.

GameTracker is OK.
