Punkbuster out of date on COD4 Mangaed VDS

I recently had COD4 installed and it keeps telling me punkbuster is running the old version. How can i go about getting this update?

Have you tried using the cvar to update it?

3rd party rcon tools for CoD4/5 have a button you can press to make the server update pb.
