Need some assistance

Hello fellow server providers.

Firstly, I would like to break the ice by thanking you for the excellent and outstanding service!

Secondly, I would like to address a few concerns I have.

1). I am really unsure of how to start up a second server, I am sure that Single core processors can run from 1-3 servers.

2). Maybe this is not really how I should be addressing this, but I am going to ask anyway since I do not know where to ask.
My StatsX and CSSTATS platforms/plugins are not working up to their full potential. I had all meta's running, along with all modules required, and set up everything correctly and accordingly, and followed the AMXMODX steps.
Everytime the round ends, it only displays shots fired, not how many deahts there were, who did most damage etc. As well as the sounds, MultiKill, KillingSpree etc. I have the wav files installed correctly.

Any possible suggestions?

If you are on a managed VDS you can order another server through our order page.

Are you referring to an actual plugin or the AMX admin mod it self?

This information should be listed via your server control page in your CP. Also if you are not using remote desktop I highly suggest you do.

kraze, if he has a single core, it is an unmanaged server.

Are you following our KB article on the basics of setting up your HL1 server, JoshW17? You should be able to run a second server by copying your first server's folder over to another location and starting it up in the same way but with a different -port specification.

Yes, I am on a single core, unmanaged server. But I am unsure of how to copy my servers folders. Do I just create a duplicate of "Game Installs" and start up the HLDS ?

Sorry for the double post again, but I also have another thing to ask.

Everytime I get into remote desktop, my mouse cursor is far away from the VPS's curser itself. It is kind of hard to control things like that, anyone have any ideas? This happened after I restarted the VPS.

My Server also says "Timed Out" upon trying to connect, this started happening after the installation of dproto, which I hope is not against your policy?

Uhh, I feel like an idiot posting a reply for the 4th time, but.. I found out that it is not the dproto that caused this problem, even with the dproto deleted it still says timed out, I changed sv_timeout to 0 for a second, but then changed it back and reloaded the server.. still times me out upon connect to server

Please post your full server command lines.

If your mouse cursor is not lining up, you must be using VNC, and the wrong type of cursor must be selected under the advanced options. I strongly recommend using Remote Desktop instead of VNC.
