My server appears to be running well, but wheni look at it through HLsw i notice alot of it is red, and when i am playing the game is really choppy and laggy, I have not heard others complain and it says my ping is okay, why is it so choppy and why does hlsw show its connection to be very bad and red? Thanks for the help

It suddenly went back to a green stable connection but randomly it has been very choppy in the past, i guess you can disregard this but idk what really happened.

Enter your server ip without port and let it run, you can leave it running while playing too if you want.

Yes, an MTR will be a good start. A screen shot of your client screen with net_graph 4 open, right after a problem occurs, might also provide some insight into what's occurring.
