"couldn't find ip port"

Post by fearepic »

Hey, i just bought 2 extra ip's so i could run multiple counter strike source servers and i followed this topic http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =67&t=4107

after adjusting the folders to sourcebase2(because sourcebase is already used for my other server) i put this code in for the cmd.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c start /high /d"c:\game installs\sourcebase2\orangebox" "Game server" "c:\game installs\sourcebase2\orangebox\srcds.exe" -game cstrike -ip 216.52.143.239

When the dedicated server box opens up and i click "start" it says "couldn't find ip port". can you please help me with this problem?

Is that the exact error message?

Are you specifying a different IP for the already-running server?

that is the exact error message yes.

and i am using this ip for my 1st server > 216.52.143.241

this one for my 2nd > 72.5.195.240

both port numbers are 27015 (counter strike source's port #)

Did you put the new IP's into your OS's network configuration? Double check there and make sure that is all configured with the correct entries.
