!tban

We have had several of our members using the !tban, and I have a problem with how it's working.

They are putting "!tban playername" with no time limits.
What is the default time limit?
Where is the ban saved so I can remove it if it was accidental?
I have to assume it bans by guid. Correct?

Is there somewhere to look up players guid/name.

If banned by guid, I would have to search the guids or names to find the matching ban.

It bans by GUID, for 5 minutes (per http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =50&t=4510). There is no unban command in our system currently, but the game has one. To look up a GUID, use the rcon command "admin.listplayers all".

Wouldn't that list online players only?

For a history, you'd need to look at the PB logs, or look at the banlist.

The 5 min bans aren't showing in the pbans file. I looked.

I was suggesting you look at the PB logs to find the GUID of the player in question. The 5 minute bans are done through the game and not PB.

I also provided a link to our documentation on how you can retrieve the list of bans through the game, including GUIDs, and then how you can unban.
