Server Upgrade Issues

I just upgraded from a 2 core to a 3 core system, and now I am having issues getting my Procon on my computer to connect to my layered Procon on the server.

Looking on the server, Procon is connected to the gameserver.

I checked that the server ip was still setup in the network settings, but I did notice the nameservers ip was different than the one's shown in the control panel.

Other question would be, if I move from one server where the ports I used worked, to another server, shouldn't those ports still work?

Well Procon just connected.
Slow to make the connection I guess.
