I would recommend running hldsupdatetool.exe in -verify_all mode as a test first. If that doesn't work, you may need to run the server directly from the command line.

I am doing it in the CMD. How can I get going a cod server?

If you want a CoD server, that's an entirely separate set of steps. You'll need to start by uploading your client CoD files to a folder on the server.

ok i understand.
1 more question. How would I go about with adding a DOD S Server and a TF 2 server..
Is there a page with command lines on how to build them?

The two games you mentioned are pretty much the same as CS:S, with just slight name changes where needed.
