How can I add this on to my VPS?

When you order your server you need to select the option adding it to that package.

I am looking at the packages and I do not see the HLstatsX.

Are you checking the actual game server order page? HlstatsX is not something you can add to your VDS but to the game server itself.

Ah ok, then it is not possible to add HlstatsX with our systems to your VDS.

If he is using an unmanaged plan then he would have to install HLStatsX manually on his server, then add the HLStatsX plugin to his server.
