password problems!?!?!

i just bought a server from you guys and i cant figure out the password i had typed the control panel password and it doesnt work. the server is ant.nuclearfallout.net:27015 its my freinds account but hes workin on tryin to fix it and i posted for him.

it said the password is the same as the control panel but as i said it doesnt work.
