Killing Floor Map Images Update

Well I am at it again, another hour of getting map images and compiling them to the proper format for NFO to use. I been getting sick of seeing the "No Image" pic for common levels in Killing Floor. So I opened up the SDK and exported the map loading screen .dds files out. Then I resized, cropped, and saved them as .jpg's.

So now after review by NFO, hopefully we will be up to date with all current (standard) level images.

Note I did not add any level images for Killing Floor that NFO already had.
