Admin Mod HELP!

I'm running a server on a pure steam installation with no previous versions of Half Life. I'm trying to install Admin Mod for a DoD server, but I just can't get it to work. If someone could list a step by step installation instruction here, I would be really grateful.

This forum really isn't designed for discussion of third-party servers of the same type that we offer. A better place might be the forums at http://www.adminmod.org, or the forums at http://www.counter-strike.net .
