Linux Debian - Read only file system.

I am experiencing with my box , currently its running Debian 6 Squeeze. I can't apt-get update on it. I also can't save anything on the server. Here is the log details on apt-get update

This is a bug in certain versions of Debian when interacting with certain versions of the Xen hypervisor. Please open a support request and I can either move you to a different machine and/or schedule a maintenance event for your current machine to update its Xen hypervisor version.
