Well in short I jumped on #nfo-support and had a problem with a server order I was requesting and needed them to fix it for me

After about 30-40 sec's I got a reply to me question and was told it would be taken care of and dont worry about it.

I didnt get the run around like I have in the past with other server hosts

Thanks guys keep up the good work and keep them pings LOW for us
