I have been looking to order a nuclearfallout server for some time now... But I lost the URL, and I purchased from another company. The company I ordered from has terrible servers, and bad service. Everytime something goes wrong with a mod or script, they tell me that VALVe must be updating.
I want to switch to your servers because I am in the LA area, and I ping 10 on your servers, according to your website. Before I make my final descision, I have some questions...
- Will you host Counter-Strike 1.5?
- Will you match a price of another company? (I can't afford to pay more then I'm already paying

As far as I know, we won't host 1.5 servers because STEAM 1.6 is the standard now and we cant match a competitor's price, because we are different than them, mainly in bandwidth. Level3 bandwidth in LA is great, as well as Internap in Seattle.

We still can't offer 1.5 servers because I don't have the time to set up and maintain two different versions of HL. When I get off active duty that may change, I'm not sure.
About the cost of the server being higher: You get what you pay for.
You said that the "other guys" are $10 cheaper but their service sucks and the ping is worse. Well think of this way, the extra $10 pays for the better service and better ping. I have yet to see another gameserver hosting company even come close to matching your support staff.

Just to echo what was said earlier... You get what you pay for. I can give you a huge list of cheap server providers but there are only 2 or 3 that I would actually consider doing business with. Sure NFo is more expensive but they are one of the best.
