How do I create a payment source?

Setting up a payment source only takes a few minutes. You can do this during the order process, or later through your control panel.

Visit the control panel at: https://www.nfoservers.com/control/useraccount.pl
Select the "Payments" tab
Under the "Payment sources" section, click the "here" hyperlink of "Click here to add a new payment source".
Select "PayPal" or "Credit/debit card" depending on your needs.
1. If you chose PayPal, click the "click here" hyperlink to setup the billing agreement.
2. If you chose Credit/debit card, fill in all of the applicable fields.
Select "Submit source changes" to add the new payment source.

To start a subscription using this payment source:

Scroll to the "Packages/Subscriptions" section.
Locate the package you want to start.
Under the "Source" column, select the payment source you created.
If using a credit/debit card, enter your CVV2 code when prompted and submit the changes.

For most new server packages, creation starts shortly after the subscription is started and usually finishes within about 45 minutes.

Be very careful not to click off that page or hit your browser's back button during any part of this process. Doing so will cause you to lose your changes.
