I would have opened a trouble tick but there is no way to attach files in the trouble ticket system. This would be a nice feature to add.

Traceroutes to Chicago server
Several of our west coast players are seeing poor / unstable connections to our Chicago based CoD2 servers. Is there anything that can be done to improve this on our end? Most of the bad hops seem to be in Chicago.

Images are not good to send us with individual routing problems. Instead, open a support request and copy-and-paste the text result of a tracert: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =25&t=1539 or MTR: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =25&t=4272. A tracert is sufficient for continuously high pings; an MTR is needed to show spikes or packet loss.
