How can i make it where when i host my website on webhost, all registering accounts, all sql injections go to another vps database instead of on webhost. i am not asking for a backup.

In the MySQL connect function you would just specify a different address for the MySQL server. Instead of localhost, it could be "www.someotherwebhost.com" or the IP address to a VDS.
