hi in the server some servers say welcome to our server or our website is or visit us or what ever how do i making it so my server can say stuff like that. help me plz

Are you talking about the motd? If so you can edit it by going to motd.txt in your control pannel.

I think he's talking about centersay messages found within adminmod and/or the scrolling marque in amxmod

for that, edit either the amx.cfg or the adminmod.cfg within your control panel

the files themselves are pretty self-explanatory

go to adminconfig folder and read carefully and edit it if u have admin mod, if u have amx, go edit amx.config
