PROBLEM WITh PAYMENT

Post by Rafael »

Hello, Dears.

I'm serios problems to make purchasing a server from this company.

I already bought once, and now the payment is being rejected because, according to the support of this company, the address does not confer with my credit card. I find this absurd as realized payment and received a first proof of the company and now this problem is occurring.

Checked all the information and called my credit card company to remove the doubt, even if there was something wrong, where I received all the information was correct.

I have a conversation with support@nfoservers.com where emplementaram report that this system by the amount of fraud that were going to pay, but it turns out was implemented in my login too, where the payment was made correctly.

What I've found that sisteman and completely flawed because attaching the talk of support here, nothing they could do to change this situation. And I as a customer was unhappy and could not buy the product.

What struck me was that I tried to make the purchase for two credit cards, and received the same information that was in the wrong address.

Finally, I could not purchase the product and I'm here doing this complaint because I did purchase a first time, I have the proof to show and I can not renew the product on their system that fully flawed because it is putting many anything is possible be fraud.

I would like a reply with a solution, because neither the payment via paypal, could accomplish. I spent over 8 hours talking to the support and making links to my bank responsible for my bank account and credit card I use to buy international.

Indico product to anyone because it is very good. The only problem is in the form of payment that they put.

Sorry, I use Translation.

Looking forward

Att, Rafael

The address verification check is handled by your bank. This means that if you were told by our automated system that the address was incorrect, it is because your bank told us that it was incorrect. You will need to contact your bank to clear this up; they have full information on what address is on file, what you entered here, and why the two were considered to be different.

We can't tell on our end why your bank would tell us this, and we can't override the check. I agree that it is strange that your bank would have let through previous payments without error, and then blocked the latest one, and it's also strange that they'd block payments made through Paypal.

You could also have others donate funds to your account. If the funds to cover the payment exist in your account ("coffer") here, the system won't even try to charge the card, and the address will never be checked.

I am haveing a simaler issue wit my account and the answer check with your bank an/or have someone donate to your account doesn't help at all. The cop of card id and hand written letter that we where told would unlock the account have been sent in and confirmed as received. The bank is not blocking the transaction have talked to them many times now and people CAN NOT donate to the account because it is locked. Wait correction they can donate, have their cards charge, get a confirmation number but it will not show in the coffer because the account is marked as a fraud risk. i have been talking to support for over 24 hours and a "CEO" and all they do is a run around. I will be posting a copy of my ticket on here to show how unhelpful and ridicules this has been and as soon as my account is unlocked and the coffer is empty i will be going to a new server provider.

Oddly enough I just had an issue as well. I went in and verified my info, and it was correct. The next day when the system tried again, the charge went thru. Might have just been a glitch.

Kindelle, your problem was unrelated to Rafael's.

Rafael's bank was telling us that the address they had on file for him was not what he was entering here, and our system explicitly reported that to him. If you were having the same problem, it would have told you the same thing -- and it did not.

By contrast, in your case, you are sharing your login and ordering from a physical location that is far different than the address for your credit, which made our risk estimator assign you a high risk. We required additional materials to prove the cardholder's permission and identity (http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =91&t=9052), and needed additional time to review these.

TacTicToe (and anyone else), if you have a personal payment problem, please contact us directly instead of making a forums post.
