Minecraft PHP Custom server console Help

Hi to whoever reads this,

I am working on a custom server console with php jquery and ajax and have run into how to pull the server output real time to a table on my php page.

I am currently running with just rcon and i believe this will not allow console to show real time logs and i have thought about a ftp connection but that would require a huge amount of time between updates and take too long
