Like the tittle says we restarted the vps and apache2 can't bind to a socket and ssh will not allow connections. If some one would be willing to fix this without me losing data I WILL PAY!!! We run 3 gameservers and a teamspeak and mysql and all of those are working just find and I can connect to the server using VNC Viewer.

Do you intend to run an SSL-based website? If not, you should turn that off in the Apache configuration.
