Issue starting my server as of last update

Issue starting my server as of last update

Hello! After the most recent Team Fortress 2 update (7/24/13) I am getting this error message when attempting to launch my server: The procedure entry point QueryFullProcessImageNameA could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. I've looked online for the solution and have yet to find any that work, any suggestions? Thank you for your time!

Valve's initial update broke the game on Windows 2003 / Windows 2008. There was another update later in the night that fixed this problem, so if you update again, you should be set.
