I have no idea how to deal with this, there is a hacker who has just taken my 6 admins internet out and i have no idea how to deal with him myself... Please Help

Have you tried IP banning him? Logging into rcon and typing "status" should allow you to get his IP address and then be doing addip 0 (ip here) would ban him.
