Need NFO for VPN is it possible

Hi NFO i just got account on forums to know whether can i set up VPN on windows server with least hardware package my usage will be only for VPN no webhosting or gaming... wanna do this because some sites are ban by our ISP and to access those with best possible security i think this is the right thing to do...and please if possible can i see some speed test graphs of internap 1000GB?

It should be possible for you to set up a VPN and to run tests, yes. I recommend using OpenVPN on Linux for this purpose, as it's a free solution that is known to work properly.

Our connections to Internap are regularly tested via file transfers and by our customers being attacked. We do receive our full 10GE connectivity at each location with 10G. Those connections have low utilization, so every customer reliably gets a 1G piece of this.
