MOTD for BF4?

Hello all. Is there a way to have a MOTD for a BF4 server? I've googled it, but failed to find a solution.

You can set a text-based server description, which will appear on the loading page when players join. You should see the "Server description" section near the top of the Easy Setup tab for Battlefield 4 servers.
