In their DayZ Commander client, they must remove the unnecessary parameters. They may have a parameter for another mod on. If they don't remove it, then they will experience problems. They just have to keep on adding and removing them depending on which server/mod they play.

Just to get this straight.... have you tried banning the UID of that person? (Stupid question, but just getting an understanding =P)

Ok, it is confirmed that it is only Australian connections that are having issues. I also noticed that when trying to connect to a webpage from our VPS, it loads partially, and takes around 10-20 minutes for it to finish loading, so it seems like a really slow connection.

Actually, it just gets weird from here, we have noticed it is only people from Australia who are having issues.

So the story is that only some people can connect to the 2 servers running of of our VPS (TeamSpeak and Minecraft). Others just see it as if it was completely down... when of course it is up and running.
I know it isn't just those servers, because those people who cant connect to anything ...

How many of your new players that join get kicked? All of them, or a select few?

From my knowledge, this can be client side and is mainly due to incorrect parameters on DayZ Commander, and/or wrong game settings (Wrong mod).

Ok, I found out that I have to change things in the interfaces file, but do i just remove the old IP listing and it will automatically change the old IP of the MySQL to the new one?
