Try putting in your co_custom_convar.cfg the line mapgroup mg_stdrotation map cs_italy and restarting your server. Because unless it is in your server command line or in an auto loaded cfg the server won't know what mapgroup to load other than the default. I put mine in my autoexec.cfg file. // tur...

As someone who just bought a 128 Tick Server I think the price is fine. You're not just paying for particular specs, you're paying for up time and customer service as well. Which I'd rather pay a premium and get better service than scuff a few bucks for 1/2 ass service.
