Re: Help with PHP error

That one's going to require digging into the code to find what's going on, I think. The error message doesn't say much, but from it and your description, it sounds like some sort of variable isn't being loaded up properly, which could mean that the the configuration file can't be read. As the mod in...

Re: NFO and CoronaVirus

We do not currently expect to see downtime due to the virus. Our employees work remotely, and the datacenters that we use have continued to operate and remained staffed. They should continue to operate, as they would be considered essential services. The networks at our locations have tons of spare ...

Re: Isass.exe using 80% of CPU

That's sad to hear. If you see it again, definitely recommend looking into it more closely.

I also do recommend following the steps in that guide, unless the services are needed.

Re: Isass.exe using 80% of CPU

What are you seeing in the system log? It should tell you if login attempts or other system activity is occurring.

Did you also disable file sharing, NetBIOS, etc., as described in viewtopic.php?f=46&t=4746 ?

Re: Automatic filter addition

The length of automatic filters is carefully chosen based on the likelihood of collateral damage in the form of legitimate traffic being blocked. This means that it's unlikely that the 18-hour filter would have impacted you, or that the 11-day filter would have impacted you. But, please don't hesita...

Re: Wondering about Seattle Premium vs Standard.Wondering about Seattle Premium vs Standard.

Each location is either Premium or INAP right now, and it's uniform across all services. For Seattle, all services are shown as Premium. Premium locations are a blend of INAP and other ISPs/peering, and they typically have much more total bandwidth than INAP-only locations, making them more DDoS res...

Re: SSL certificate expired

All customer domains start with it set up on our end, if it is possible to be set up. You haven't linked your site, but if going to https://yourdomain.whatever shows a certificate error, it means that your setup was broken, and you're simply seeing the machine's old and invalid certificate (which cl...

Re: Looking for a working counter strike

I'm a bit confused. Are you looking for warez? That isn't something that we could help with here, if so. CS 1.6 is $9.99 on Steam right now but drops to $0.99 at least a few times a year: https://steamdb.info/app/10/. If you add the game to your wishlist, Valve should notify you of drops in price, m...

Re: SSL certificate expired

Let's Encrypt support does not cost extra. Please check out the Knowledge Base that was linked for more information on that.

We don't support encryption for FTP. You can use use SFTP/SCP to transfer files to or from the webserver in an encrypted manner, and we strongly recommend that over using FTP.

Much closer to being completed -- IPv6 is actually almost ready for VDSes. Some other immediate-term projects are currently on my plate, but after that, I will go back to it.

Re: LOST CONNECTION TO MYSQL- SOURCEBANS

That information doesn't say too much, unfortunately -- you'll need further data. Is the MySQL daemon up the entire time? Do you have any mechanism that would kill the connection on the MySQL side? In long-term ping or MTR tests, are you seeing any packet loss between the two endpoints? Is the game ...

Re: What is going on with installing HLDS for 1.6!

You would need to use +ip x and put everything on one line instead of two. Are you seeing it as listed on the master server at http://api.steampowered.com/ISteamApps/GetServersAtAddress/v0001?addr=x (where "x" is the IP)? What do you see from the output of "status"? As far as I know, our own managed...

Re: Squad host

Yes, not sure what's going on there, but they were claiming to our customers that Xeons weren't as fast as i7 machines (which is complete bunk), and not allowing servers to be licensed. We offered them for awhile anyway, but customers were just getting confused and annoyed too often.
