Can I request a refund if my server isn't what I wanted?

If you decide the server isn't what you wanted within the first two days and are within a free trial period, cancel the subscription through the "Payments" tab (under "My Account") and you will not be charged. After you are charged, refunds are not available, but cancel your subscription to prevent further payments. Contact us about any problems or concerns, as many issues are straightforward to resolve.

Not sure the server is right? Consider changing it instead. You can change your server to a different configuration at no cost for the same value, or only pay the difference for an upgrade.
