Edge100x wrote:What TimeX said is accurate. The tool simply will not adjust servers that have players -- and that's a very easy check to make. It also doesn't adjust servers that can't be contacted, since it could be that a server was briefly unresponsive while a map was loaded and we don't want to take that chance.

The R6 update was also only ever applied once to each server (something that you can tell yourself through the "Events log" page), and you said that your server crashed twice. This alone tells us that you were just experiencing regular crashes. I'm happy to hear that you didn't see such random crashes before; you are in the minority on that.

I encourage you to experiment with another host right now if you are serious about planning to cancel, while the game still has lots of bugs. I want you to realize that the problems are not with NFO, and that our systems actually do a very good job.
Cancelling has nothing to do with the bugs in the game. That we expected.
It's once again your failure to provide a SS url link that can be found at any other host. Your last comment in the other thread leaves the impression that the anticheat tool devs should alter their programs to suit your style is just going to be laughed at. They develop the tools to work the way the greater community of GSP's offer their SS's. I don't think your company could ever host TWL matches without it. I think they require it I believe. So that would remove a large deal of customers from purchasing from you.

I am going to start a new thread with a few questions on other options, so to see if this can be salvaged some way.
Do you have a lot of hackers on your server or something that you need the PB screen shots right away?

If you do, whats your server info... I just want to see what were going to be up against if thats the case.

Your complaint in this thread was about crashes, which are due to game bugs.

Do not continue a closed thread in another thread. I close them for a reason and I will simply delete further posts that repeat what was said in the prior topic. I've given you a chance to say your position and you have repeated it enough times already. That discussion went nowhere and devolved into a flame.

As I said in the other post, I will not be running webservers on our game server machines here. This is for the extremely good twin reasons of performance and security. We did it in the past and will never be doing it again. If you want to switch to another host that does not consider these as much of a priority, you can do so.

Also, that msgpbssv.html tool that you referenced before? I was right -- it doesn't require a webserver. You can use it straight through your FTP. The same is likely true of many other tools. You should try them through FTP.

Again, if you truly have a tool that requires HTTP, you can use whatever HTTP-based methods you want by just buying the 2.99 webhosting plan. Seriously, it's only 2.99. With the prices on our VDSes, you can afford that and still make out like a bandit, with cheaper servers than you could anywhere else -- and our focus here isn't even on price.
