when i go to run the openvpn install it tells me im not running Ubuntu CentOS or Debian and im running Ubuntu ive tried with multiple os's

thats what it out puts me when it says i connected, and it doesnt change my ip or do anything

Check your client and server VPN logs.

there is no log file, i dont get why this is so hard, ive never had problems like this, is there anyway you can access my computer or server and help me?
